The Karate Kid

Ana and I, starved for entertainment, just finished watching the end of 'The Karate Kid.'

This is a classic piece of Americana.

As I think about becoming a father, I think of the most valuable lesson this movie teaches:

Everything will turn out great, if you can just kick that guy in the face.

Rejoice, o young man, if you can kick thine opponent in (or about) the face.

Thanks, Karate Kid!

Oh... the memories that brings back. I don't think I've watched that in years! Tyler's brother was just saying the other day that the world would be so much better if ppl were more worried about physical violence. (i.e. Maybe I shouldn't say that rude thing because that guy might hit me.)

Sounds like you have ll the important stuff DOWN. If you really would like some parenting reading Charlotte has had me read some really great books.

Great to see you back!

Charlotte-that must have been Jaim, cause my other brothers are WAY too small in stature to think that kind of society would be at all better.
